10. Proprietary Rights.The content of the NF Mumbai websites includes, without limitation,
(i) the NF Mumbai 's trademarks, service marks, logos, brands, and brand names, trade dress and trade names and other distinctive identification (collectively "NF Mumbai Marks"); and
